ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATIONS
Checking Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.
In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.
You can track the status of your package via www.UPS.com.
We process orders rather quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications at any time before an order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at email@example.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.
If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships to you, we provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to make a return at your convenience according to our Return Policy.
Deliveries Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays
Ground - $5.95: 5 - 7 business days Coast to Coast
2 Day - $20: 2 business days if order placed by noon EST
Overnight - $30: Next business day if order placed by noon EST
When placing your order please ensure that billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been shipped.
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. We are not liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for.
